We loved the friendliness of the staff, especially the young woman at the reception on the day of check-in. She was lovely, professional, attentive, and responsive. Moreover, the hotel's location was fantastic, being only 5 minutes away from the train station. The rooms were clean and spacious, with extra pillows and blankets provided. Additionally, the air conditioning was sufficient for both cooling and heating the room. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
